What is XCIPTV Player?
XCIPTV is a free IPTV player with live TV, movies, series, an EPG guide and catch-up. It uses little memory, which makes it a good choice for 1st-gen Firesticks and budget Android boxes where heavier apps feel slow.
Compatible devices for XCIPTV
Android phones and tablets, Android TV boxes, Google TV, Nvidia Shield and every Amazon Fire TV device. It isn't available for iPhone, Apple TV, Samsung or LG TVs.
Step 1: Install XCIPTV Player
On Android, install it from the Google Play Store. On a Firestick, follow our Firestick guide to install Downloader, then use the XCIPTV link our support team sends you.
Step 2: Enter your IPTV login details
Open XCIPTV and choose Xtream Codes. Enter your username, password and server URL exactly as they appear in your welcome message, then select Sign in. To use M3U instead, choose M3U URL and paste the full link.
Step 3: Let XCIPTV load your channels
The first sign-in downloads your channels, movies, series and TV guide. This takes one to two minutes on a large playlist, so wait until the home screen shows all sections.
Step 4: Start watching IPTV
Open Live TV, pick a category and select a channel. Long-press a channel to add it to favorites for quick access.
Common XCIPTV problems and fixes
- "Login failed": remove any space at the end of the server URL and check the port.
- Empty TV guide: open Settings → EPG and refresh it.
- Buffering: in Settings → Player, switch between the built-in player and ExoPlayer.
