Changed your mind about an IPTV order? Here is how cancellations work at IPTV Service USA and how to request one quickly.

Before activation

If we haven't sent your login details yet, message us and we'll cancel the order and refund it in full. Orders are usually activated within 5–15 minutes, so contact us as soon as possible.

After activation

Once your account is active, cancellations follow our refund policy: a full refund within 7 days if a technical problem can't be fixed. Plans never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel when your term ends and you will never be charged again without ordering.
