1. Your account

Your login is for your household only. Sharing or reselling it outside the reseller program may lead to suspension.

2. Connections

Each plan allows the number of simultaneous streams shown at purchase. Going over this may interrupt playback.

3. Payments

Plans are prepaid for the term you select and don't renew automatically. Refunds follow our refund policy.

4. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service, especially when the cause is your ISP or local network.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
